The houses have 2 bedrooms, 1 ensuite and the other with a private shower room, from the bedroom level you access the living/dining area by a connecting staircase, this upper level has a fully fitted kitchen also and access to 2 terracesAll the houses have a terrace leading off the lounge and steps leading to another terrace on the roof. please enquire regarding availability and prices, these properties are always booked months in advance for all seasons except LOW please make your reservation early to avoid disappointment

Close to all amenities and only a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Private community with shared pool and BBQ.

Special Points
The swimming pool in this complex is closed at certain times of the year for maintenance, please enquire on your request form if you wish to use the pool. The minimum stay during the HIGH and PEAK season is 14 nights excepting the Easter break which is a minimum of 7 nights. The 14 night minimum stay in HIGH and PEAK season also runs naturally i.e. occupied the 1st of the month vacated the 15th of the month, occupied 16th of the month vacated the 30th of the month.
