New , air conditioned, ground floor apartment in a small developement with shared swimming pool and gardens. 3 minutes walk to the seafront where there is the best stretch of beach in Mojacar, beach bars, restaurants, shops etc.
Accommodation
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, wardrobes, bedside tables and lights. The master bedrooma has air conditioning and the other has a ceiling fan.
Facilities
The living room leads out to the sunny terrace ,which also has a BBQ and table and 6 chairs for outdoor eating and a couple of sun loungers for the dedicated sunbathers.
There is a beautifully fitted kitchen with fridge, gas hob, electric oven, microwave and washing machine.Other equipment includes an iron, ironing board, coffee maker etc., there is sufficient crockery, cutlery and glassware for 6 people
Special Points
There is a shared swimming pool and gardens. The area is convenient to shops restaurants and bars. A car is recommended to properly explore the surrounding countryside but for those who do not want to bother there is a public bus service on the nearby beach road
Rental prices are all inclusive of electricity, water and gas, and bedlinen and towels are provided. You are requested to bring your own beach towels.
A babycot may be rented for an extra 20 euros per week.
