An attractive duplex in a small developement with shared swimming pool and gardens.
The house is situated in a residential area just 5 minutes walk from the beach front which has a varied selection of shops, bars and restaurants
Accommodation
The accomodation consists of two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. Both rooms have wardrobes, bedside tables and bedside lights. The larger room has a good size terrace and there is a small balcony in the second bedroom. Two sets of linen and bathroom towels are supplied for your stay but you are asked to bring your own towels for the beach and pool
Facilities
There is a beautifully fitted kitchen with fridge, hob, electric oven and washing machine.other equipment includes an iron, ironing board, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker etc.,
the bathroom has a shower and bath. And fitted vanity unit. The water is heated by electricity.
Special Points
There is a well furnished living/dining room with dining table and chairs for six people, large comfortable sofa , two armchairs coffee table and sideboard. Satellite TV and Video player.
The living room leads out to the terrace which also has a table and 6 chairs for outdoor eating and a couple of sun loungers for the dedicated sunbathers
there is sufficient crockery, cutlery and glassware for 6 people.
There is a shared swimming pool and gardens. The area is convenient to shops restaurants and bars. A car is recommended to properly explore the surrounding countryside but for those who do not want to bother there is a public bus service on the nearby beach road
Rental prices are all inclusive of electricity, water and gas, and bedlinen and towels are provided.
A babycot may be rented for an extra 20 euros per week
