Individual Accounts- 1 - 5 Rentals

Ideal for property owners - full access to edit details, images, panoramas and to update calendars and prices. Individual details and contact information can be set and edited at anytime and bookings/enquiries can be collected via e-mail or the online booking admin.

120 Euros +iva per property, per year

Multi 15 up to 15 Rentals

Ideal for rental agents or resellers - add up to 15 rentals - full access to edit details, images, panoramas and to update calendars and prices from one central location. Full details and contact information can be set for all rentals or individual logins and details can be set for each property. Bookings/enquiries can be collected via e-mail or the online booking admin. Access to the wish list included.

750 Euros +iva per year

Multi 25 up to 25 Rentals

Ideal for rental agents or resellers-add up to 25 rentals - full access to edit details, images, panoramas and to update calendars and prices from one central location. Full details and contact information can be set for all rentals or individual logins and details can be set for each property. Bookings/enquiries can be collected via e-mail or the online booking admin. Access to the wish list included.

1100 Euros +iva per year

Multi 60 up to 60 Rentals

Ideal for rental agents or resellers - add up to 60 rentals - full access to edit details, images, panoramas and to update calendars and prices from one central location. Full details and contact information can be set for all rentals or individual logins and details can be set for each property. Bookings/enquiries can be collected via e-mail or the online booking admin. Access to the wish list included.

Dual Publish* add all the above to your own site

Dual Publish enables all your records to appear simultaneously on your own website - with all the extras including; Search page, Photo gallery, Panoramic tours, Printer friendly, Availability Calendars and more... Templates can be changed to reflect the look and feel of your own site. Available in English, Spanish or Both languages.

15% +iva of Multi account per language per year

For all accounts :

You can change your account size and type for a larger account at any moment. Your account remains active if it is paid status. 10 days before your subscription is due we send out a FACTURA proforma with payment details. Once you have paid you are sent a factura. Subscriptions may be made on a yearly or 6 month basis, usually by bank transfer. Multi publish accounts require a €350 hosting fee which includes a domain registration if necessary If you wish to close your account , simply stop paying and your properties disappear automatically.
